TERMS & CONDITIONS
By accessing or purchasing from JP Steel Investments and Ventures Limited ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully.
1. Company Information
JP Steel Investments and Ventures Limited is a registered Nigerian company (RC 8033498) specializing in the wholesale and retail distribution of construction steel materials. We operate both locally and internationally, serving builders, contractors, architects, and developers.
2. Product Listings
All products displayed on our platforms (Dandalee, Front stores, or external listings) are subject to availability and may vary in size, weight, grade, and specifications. Prices are subject to change based on current market rates.
3. Payment Policy
Strict Prepayment Rule: Payment must be made in full before goods are dispatched, unless otherwise agreed with an existing client on record.
Accepted Payment Methods: Bank Transfer, Flutterwave, Paystack, PayPal, Payoneer, AstroPay, Skrill, Neteller, and Cash on Delivery (only in pre-approved cases), (e.g. long-time contractors, verified dealers, or clients with signed agreements) may be granted COD, after internal approval.
Custom Payment Links: Delivery fees are calculated separately and a personalized payment link will be sent to the customer’s whatsapp or provided email. Ensure your email address is accurate.
IMPORTANT: We DO NOT accept Bitcoin or any cryptocurrency. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy against crypto transactions.
4. Delivery
Delivery is negotiated after the order is confirmed.
All logistics are calculated based on weight, destination, urgency, and special handling requirements.
International clients must communicate with our logistics team for land and sea freight arrangements, as well as customs clearing options. Please note that due to the heavy nature of our materials, air freight is not supported.
Clients within Lagos or nearby locations may choose to pick up materials directly from our warehouse, upon confirmation.
Self-pickup is strictly by appointment and must be arranged with our dispatch team.
5. International Clients
JP Steel proudly serves international customers. We comply with global e-commerce standards and export best practices. All payments must be routed through verified international gateways.
Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed.
Communication must be in English.
6. Account Verification & Fraud
We reserve the right to request additional identity, address, or business verification from any client. Fraudulent activities will be prosecuted under applicable laws.
7. Customer Responsibility
It is your responsibility to:
Provide a correct and active email address and phone number.
Confirm sizes and specifications before ordering.
Ensure Wallet ID, payment links, and Account details are from our official channels.

REFUND POLICY
1. Eligibility
Refunds are only eligible under the following conditions:
You paid more than the current market rate and overpayment needs to be adjusted (automatically eligible for refund without formal request).
A technical or transactional error occurred
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Orders already processed and delivered (Custom-cut materials are also non-refundable.)
Size/specification mismatches after confirmation by buyer (Once the buyer has confirmed the product details such as size, length, thickness, grade, or quantity, JP Steel will not be held responsible if the buyer later claims the order is incorrect based on those same specifications.)
Delivery delay due to buyer’s late response or wrong address
3. Process
Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of the issue.
Send a formal email with the transaction receipt and reason for refund, or alternatively, reach out to us via our official WhatsApp line for quicker assistance.
Refunds (if eligible) will be processed via the original payment method.
For clients within African regions, refunds may be processed the same day or within 24–48 hours.
For international clients, refunds typically take 3–5 business days, depending on the payment channel used.
In rare cases, refunds may take up to 7–10 business days.
Changes to Terms
JP Steel Investments and Ventures Limited reserves the right to modify these Terms & Policies at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always override any previous versions. We strongly advise customers to review this page periodically to stay informed about any updates or changes to our terms.
